I got a call from someone claiming to be with Sky, saying there was an issue with my broadband. I told them everything was working fine, but they kept going on about a problem I supposedly couldn’t sort myself. The bloke had quite a strong accent, so I struggled to catch what he was saying. Eventually, I just hung up. Tried ringing back but all I got was a busy tone. It definitely sounded like it was coming from a call centre though. Checked Sky’s official site afterwards and there was no mention of any problems at all.
