I must say, this wasn't as dire as many of the telephone fraudsters out there. Had a chat with a gentleman who was quite the epitome of courtesy. I explained to him, in a rather civil manner, that we had no interest in whatever it was they were promoting-something related to a club called Valusaver, if I recall correctly. I suggested that perhaps her efforts might be better directed towards someone who might appreciate it. To her credit, she took it in stride and left us be. While we certainly don’t endorse these types of calls, I have to admit that not all of them are as malevolent as they are often portrayed.
