I received a call from this number, and I get the impression they’ve tried to reach me previously but always ended the call abruptly. This time, however, the caller seemed caught off guard as I picked up promptly. I could overhear him conversing with someone else, and he mentioned something along the lines of, "the job's rubbish here anyway." What on earth could that imply? It must be quite a tedious task to dial numbers, only to hang up on unsuspecting folks repeatedly - and for that, they’re actually earning a wage!
