I received a call from someone who purported to be affiliated with a firm that evaluates life insurance policies. However, when I probed a bit further, it became evident they were merely attempting to extract personal details from me in order to peddle their policies. The moment I asked to be taken off their list, they abruptly ended the call. Quite dodgy behaviour, if you ask me!
