Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about my internet. I said I’m not with BT and then he started naming loads of other providers, like that would fool me. When I said I’d let him know when he got to mine, he didn’t sound too pleased. They really take us for mugs, don’t they?

my mum got a call from someone claiming to be 'openreach' about her internet, she asked them to ring back later. then yesterday i got a call from a different number, this time saying it was “BT” warning the internet would be disconnected in an hour unless i answered their questions! i told them i actually had the boss’s number and they just hung up!
