Not too sure about that phone call at all. The person said they were ringing about insulation I supposedly had installed years back through some government deal. They claimed it needed checking because it might be causing condensation issues. The way they spoke was odd, all choppy and unnatural. I just told them I’d hang up now and asked them to send any details through the post instead.
