I’ve been getting calls to my home phone from loads of different numbers all claiming to be my internet supplier. They leave a recorded message saying they’ve been trying to reach me for ages and that my service will be cut off in a day unless I press 1 to speak to them. When I do, it just goes silent. Obviously, it’s not really my provider. I tried calling back one of the numbers but it just says it doesn’t exist. I’ve now blocked those numbers on my phone.
