I reckon they might have been from the NHS or linked to them, but honestly, with all the scammers around, it’s not right to make cold calls and ask for private security details. If they want me to do a survey, they should send a letter first so I can check if it’s legit.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Carphone Warehouse, pushing a phone contract. I told the guy politely I wasn’t interested, but he kept on pestering me for reasons. Ended up cutting the call and blocking the number straight away.
