I got a call from a company named Make a Smile? They said they was raising money for a charity for the armed forces, something called Blesma if I’m right. Seems like a good cause, so I signed up for three lines. Everything checked out, got all the details they promised right away. Was a bit unsure at first since I hardly ever share my number outside close mates, but they told me that’s how they got hold of it. I’m happy to support charity anyway, so looking forward to finding out if I won anything.

They rang me yesterday but I didnt pick up. I tried calling back this morning, there was silence for a bit then I was about to end the call when a woman spoke up and asked if I was the person she wanted. She said her name was Jill Ferguson, acting like I was meant to recognise her. Then she started talking about working with some military charity. I have no idea how they got my mobile number, genuine charities shouldn't be calling out of the blue like this, especially if they bought numbers from another source.
