Totally a rip-off. They rang me using info that must be a decade old, giving it a go.

Got a missed call and decided to ring back. When I did, a bloke who said he was James Kean picked up. I mentioned I was calling back, and he told me to hang on while he checked who had called me. I stayed on the line for about a minute but didn’t hear anything else, so I just ended the call. Later, I noticed that the original call had a voicemail. Playing it back, the guy said his name was James Kean as well and asked me to return the call on the same number. Quite dodgy if you ask me. Feels like it’s some kinda scam going on.
