The moment I picked up, you could hear the typical call centre click in the background. He started talking about my insurance, but I could tell right away it was a con. If he'd had my real info, he would have realised I’m not a ‘Mrs’ - never have been!

The chap was quite chatty, and I missed his name. He addressed me as "love!" and requested that I verify my policy details and the provider. I mentioned it was the bank, and that I was satisfied with my current policy. The way he spoke really rubbed me the wrong way - decidedly unprofessional! I've since blocked his number.

Got a call bout life insurance, told him we don’t share personal stuff over the phone. Told him it wasn’t a private number and asked if he knew about data protection laws. He got quite rude and annoyed, started having a go at me, so I told him to take my number off his list and then ended the call.

One of the biggest fraudsters in the UK! Stay away from this number and BLOCK IT NOW!! When they ring and leave a message, the voicemail shows the actual number, but the missed call on your phone shows a mobile instead of 01422746106. Total scammers. If you don’t pick up, they purposely leave weird voicemails which makes everyone block them. Usually the voicemail is just heavy breathing. So annoying!

Got calls from this number 3 times over the past week. Picked up today and a lady said it was about Life Insurance. Told her I wasn’t interested and asked if she could remove me from their list. These scam people find your phone from your CV on fake job ads. Its a well known scam gang here in the UK. They use loads of numbers & if you block 1, they ring from a different one! Just a heads up - "DON'T PICK UP CALLS FROM UNFAMILIAR OR HIDDEN NUMBERS. AT ALL!!!" Especially this kind. Very risky stuff.
