I had an unpleasant encounter when I declined to verify my identity, informing the caller that I was registered with the TPS and that he shouldn't be contacting me. The chap became quite aggressive, insisting I was mistaken. He wouldn’t allow me to speak, constantly interrupting and insisting that I had to accept the call. It was quite off-putting, so I decided to hang up. Definitely not a pleasant experience!
