My phone buzzed but when I picked up there was just silence, then the line cut off. I called the number straight away and got a message saying all agents were busy, but I was on hold. When a man finally answered, before I could say anything he blurted out "we aint a hospital!” I asked where I’d reached and if I was speaking to a call centre, hearing noises in the background. He completely denied knowing about my previous call. I told him firmly to screw off and hung up.

Got a call, and I could hear what sounded like a busy call centre in the background, but no one actually said anything. I kept saying hello a few times before eventually hanging up after around ten seconds.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from the main energy firms, saying they were doing free energy assessments nearby next week with no pressure. I told her I wasn’t interested and she seemed fine with that, ended the call quickly.

I dialled the number myself and got stuck listening to some awful hold music for ages. Then I tried to email the address they gave but it bounced back, like it wasn’t real.
