This morning, I got a call out of the blue from a company named Clear Ecosystems. They were talking about some government-backed scheme to check energy efficiency in homes we own around the eastern Scotland area. Supposedly, it's to find out if you can get a grant for improving your home's energy use. Does this sound dodgy to anyone? Not sure if they're legit or trying to scam me.

I missed the call, so I checked by dialling 1471 and saw this number pop up. When I tried ringing it back, nobody picked up.

Got a call from 01422524115 but they didn’t leave any voicemail or message.

got a call but no one said anything. when i rang back, still nothing on the other end. strange.

Got a call about “heat retention” and they wanted to know if I was the sole owner or shared ownership of my house. They said it was needed to book an appointment to inspect the property. I told them that was none of their business to decide if they could book in or not. Ended up saying I didn’t want to carry on with the chat. Just another annoying cold caller!

It was a call centre ringing me, but they just ended the call as soon as I picked up. Really strange!
