Somebody called saying they were from BT Openzone and told me there was a problem with my internet. They claimed they could sort it out and asked me to plug in a device. I asked them to send me an email instead, but they said they couldn’t because my internet was down. When I told them to have another go at sending it, they just hung up on me straight away.
