I saw I’d got a couple of calls from what looked like BT, but I closed my account ages back 'cause I always found their call centres so hard to deal with. Right away I suspected someone dodgy there must’ve passed my number on to scammers. I was tempted to just stop using the number, but that would’ve been a nightmare having to tell loads of mates and work contacts. So I’m keeping it for now but staying on my guard. Just a heads up though, the choice to cut it off is still there, so watch out!
