I've already blocked three separate numbers claiming to be from Sun Life and I've gone ahead and filed a complaint about it.

I just replied to a Sun Life ad about life insurance for over 50s, didn’t think much of it, just wanted to check some numbers. But ever since then, they’ve been ringing me non stop about it. Honestly, I’m not interested anymore and have just blocked the number.

The phone rings pretty often, but there’s never a voicemail. They usually call up until about 7pm. It’s a bit annoying not knowing who it is since they never leave any messages.

I didnt pick up as the number looked unfamiliar on my caller ID. They didnt leave any message either. When I called back, a woman with an American accent on the voicemail said something like "extension 60_?_ is currently unavailable"...

So I just ended the call and blocked the number.

I keep getting calls from sunlife.rings like 2 or 3 times daily. Told them I ain't interested and now I've put them on block.

Got a call from Sunlife but they didn’t really sound all that genuine to me. Felt a bit off, not sure if it was legit.

This number and a few others like it keep ringing me all the time. Whenever I pick up, they either cut off straight away or launch into some spiel about insurance or some crash they claim I was in. One time I tried to get them to give me more info about the so-called accident, but they just said they couldn’t share anything because of data protection rules! Totally nonsense if you ask me. I’m sick of these calls, especially because I’m on the telephone preference service, yet they still bother me on both my mobile and landline!
