I received a call today from this number and found out it belongs to Kidney Care UK. They actually use several numbers that look quite alike. Their main office is at 3 The Windmills, Turk Street, Alton, Hants, GU34 1EF. You can reach them on 01420 559750 or 01420 541424, and their fax is 01420 89438. They’re open Monday to Wednesday, 9 in the morning until 5 in the evening.

Since I blocked 01420450646, they've been calling from that number, but the whole thing kicked off around 12th November.
