Got a call about loft insulation from 01420 375202, a guy who said his name was Matt. Before that, a similar call came from 01420 375214, but that person said he was Tom. They mentioned some insulation work supposedly done recently, but when I asked for details about when it happened, the caller just ended the call. Feels like a scam to me, so we've reported it to the ICO (www.ico.org.uk) since they can take action against this sort of thing.
