Got a call from someone with a strong accent saying they were from BT. They already knew our address and said they needed my birth date to verify who I was so they could send a £202 refund for being overcharged over the past year. I didn't want to give out that info, so when I kept saying no, the person just gave up and ended the call.

I've had this number ring me up a couple of times over the past week, claiming to be my bank. They said there were big withdrawals from my account and asked me to get back in touch. Definitely seems like a dodgy scam to me.
