2 yearsI've already got half a dozen calls from these scam folks claiming I was in a car crash. I just told them to buzz off and ended the call.3 yearsGot a call from some legal team asking about an accident supposedly involving me. I told the woman, who sounded Indian, maybe she should find a proper job instead of trying to scam folks. She started arguing but I cut in saying I didn’t have any accident recently. Then she asked if someone else in my house was involved, but I just repeated my advice about changing her job. I tried ringing back, and the call did go through, but once again, there was nobody to be heard.3 yearsGot a call from a woman with a weird accent claiming to be from the Legal team. When I asked which company, she mentioned something like Auto Protect and said it was regarding a car crash I apparently got into, which I definitely hadn’t. I tried getting details like their address and company registration number, but she was useless and couldn’t provide anything. So, I just kept her talking for ages without giving away any info, and finally, she gave up and hung up. They even had my name and address, and said they'd send a welcome pack for £1.99.
