Saw a missed call and decided to check the comments first, glad I did! Went ahead and phoned back but that’s it, blocking them for good. Can’t stand these calls anymore.

Got a call from a woman with a really thick accent, sounded like one of those cold calls. I just hung up straight away, so not much else to say.

This same firm kept ringing me about an accident I supposedly had, around 7 times now. Every time I told them to take my number off their list, but they just ignore me. They keep switching one digit in the number, so I have to keep blocking the new ones. Today, 22nd Sept 2020, I finally reported them to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Got a call from someone saying they were with minor accident claims, trying to say I had a small accident sometime within the last couple years and that I hadn't received my payout. They had a really heavy Indian accent, and honestly I just kept telling them I didn't know what they were talking about. After a bit of me denying it, she finally hung up.

I got a call from someone who wanted to know if I was still living at my old postcode. She said she wasn’t trying to sell me anything or push a promo, then she asked about my age group. After I answered, she kept going with more questions, so I just said I was busy and ended the call.

I picked up the call, and the caller was after someone named Mrs. Jordan, who I have no clue about. They just responded with a curt "wrong number, then" before abruptly ending the call. I can only assume they now know my number is active and will likely share it with other pesky scammers. Quite the nuisance, really!
