I must say, I was rather taken aback when I informed the caller I was preoccupied. When I pressed them for the name and address of their company, they became rather slippery in their responses. I was then handed over to a manager who claimed they were attempting to reach a different individual. This, however, felt like a blatant fabrication, considering they first sought my details. It seems this might just be an attempt at cold calling, likely for sales purposes at its core.

Almost straightaway, they passed me over to an engineer called "Christopher," who purported to be with a company called "Green Castle Home Improvements," and provided the number 07577733355. To be honest, I found the whole situation quite suspect, as I’ve heard that Home Energy Scotland doesn’t engage in cold calling like that. Seems a bit dodgy, doesn't it?
