Had a lady ring me up claiming that people owning homes round here could get free loft insulation checks. She asked what kind of house I lived in, what insulation I'd got, and when it was put in. Said the check was to see how good my insulation was, but then went on about some building rules spotting problems with certain insulation types. She added she was new and hadn't been told what the issues were all about yet. Sounds like a load of rubbish to me!

Got a call, but after picking up, there was just silence, then someone seemed like they were trying to talk but the line was all crackly, and then they just hung up. This has happened loads of times before, and the only reason I keep picking up is ‘cause the number shows it’s local.
