Got a call from a man with a stiff, official sounding voice saying he was from the HMRC tax department. He warned me I’d be arrested unless I hit 1 to speak with them. Total scam, obviously, but it’s really scary for anyone who might not know better. These scammers are just plain nasty and should be caught and locked up for good.
