My dad is constantly getting 3 to 4 phone calls daily. He just ends them straight away. They were always trying to scam him before, but after I told them off, they stopped talking and now they just ring and hang up.

A woman rang me saying she was from credit services and that she was allowed to contact me. I asked her to take my number off their list because I’ve had calls from this company loads of times before. She got quite nasty, insisting she wasn’t the one calling me several times a day and said she’s got heaps of people to ring. I told her I wasn’t saying it was her personally, but the company definitely keeps calling me. Then I just ended the call. Seems like a total scam to me.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from credit services, saying they were part of a government program that would clear all 7 of my debts for free! I asked a few more questions to check and then they just cut the call. I’ve blocked the number now.

Last night I got loads of calls from this number and others like it. I find it hard to believe any legit company in the UK would be ringing at such a late hour. Pretty sure it's just one of those scam calls coming from India.
