They called asking for someone I don’t know and definitely isn’t linked to this number.

Watch out, folks! A woman with an Indian accent called me asking if I’d had a car accident within the past year. She said I should talk to a supervisor if that was the case. Didn’t hesitate, just blocked the cheeky scammer straight away!

Some bloke with a middle eastern accent called up, pretending I'd been in a crash. He was pretty rude when I told him off, trying to throw insults at me. I didn't hold back, told him exactly what I reckon about con artists like him who attempt to fleece hardworking folks out of their money. Total disgrace.

They kept saying it was Claims Direct calling, but I don’t have any claim with them at all.

Normally I ignore calls from numbers I don't recognise, but for some reason I picked up this one. The person on the line claimed they'd been trying to reach me for a while. When I asked what they wanted, she mentioned ‘the little accident you had recently’. I cut her off immediately!

Got a call from a number that was definitely spoofed. They were trying to trick folks who've just been in a car crash. I played along for a bit but eventually got tired and ended the call.

Got a call from someone with an accent, trying to talk about “your car accident claim”. I told them the only crash I’d had lately was my helicopter, then ended the call right there.

They called me asking if I’d been in a car crash, so I just said yes to try and get put onto a supervisor. While she was talking, I asked if she knew about the TPS, then the line just cut off, really weird. I’ve already reported the number to TPS. If anyone else gets a call like that, make sure you report it too - we can help shut these lot down.

Got a call about a car accident which was a bit odd since I don’t even have a car. Definitely sounds like a scam to me. Could be useful info though if you actually own a car!
