It was a young guy, sounded like he had a British accent but maybe not originally from here - perhaps Indian? He said he was with the British Legal and Justice Department. He gave me a number to ring him back on: 0141 6288811. When I asked his name, he said Alwyn Williams, though I’m not totally sure how he spelled it. Pretty sure it’s a scam - there's a warning about this sort of thing on the gov.uk website.

Some bloke rang me saying he was from Microsoft Windows Support, wanted me to let him on my computer. I checked with Microsoft themselves and they said they have nothing to do with it. Total scam!
