2 yearsThis was a right con. I foolishly got caught up in it. I got tricked into paying £2 for delivery after thinking I’d won some daft contest on Facebook for a kitchen blender. Then, out of the blue, I got an email in my junk folder saying thanks for buying a new iPhone 15, with only 24 hours to claim a refund. Obviously, I didn’t spot it until three days had passed. They then tried to take £50 from my account, but thankfully I only had the £2 in there. I’ve informed my bank about the whole mess. Definitely a lesson learnt the hard way.
