If they didn't bother to leave a message on my voicemail, it probably wasn't anything urgent.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was with Sky, telling my 91-year-old mum that they owed her some cash and asked for her bank details to sort the payment. Mum, bless her, gave them the info straight away. After I spoke to her and reminded her (again!) that she shouldn’t be sharing her account details over the phone, she rang the bank. Luckily, no money has gone out of her account so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

so called sky tv rang me up and said they were sending a new card out. they also mentioned i was owed some money back on my subscription. they asked me to confirm my bank account info so they could send the refund through. seemed a bit off to me though.
