Back on 9th April 2018, these dodgy scammers rang me up and left a voicemail about some legal trouble with HMRC. I just chose to ignore it, but honestly, it was pretty unsettling to get a call like that. Really hope no one falls for this blatant con.

This number has rung me a couple of times, along with another one - 023 8214 9860. Pretty sure it's a dodgy call centre trying to scam, nothing genuine. They were going on about HMRC or someone using my name linked to some criminal case or lawsuit nonsense. I decided to ring them back and had a bit of fun messing with them. Looks like they've gone and blocked me now!

Received a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who said I’m about to get arrested and told me to “just wait and see what happens.” Proper threatening stuff. I rang him back and he just said the same thing again, “wait and see what’s coming for you,” then went straight off. These scammers need to be stopped by someone, it’s not on.

It's definitely a dodgy call, I really can't get why these con artists aren't caught or shut down quicker. They ask for your Visa card details saying they're gonna send you a refund or something, which is just bonkers to fall for. But somehow, some people must be gullible enough to fall into this trap, cos otherwise, why bother with it?

I got called from this number loads, like over 20 times, and each time the person said they were from HMRC. They asked for my name, so I gave them a fake one, then they just ended the call. Definitely a dodgy scam if you ask me.

Got a call from 01416286987, someone claiming to be from HMRC saying I was being taken to court over tax evasion and wanted me to admit guilt and pay a "fine". Sounded pretty convincing, like they’d done their research on HMRC’s process. But when I asked for any official documents or details via post, they just ended the call. Checked with the real HMRC afterwards, and they confirmed it was a scam. Don’t fall for it!

I got a call from this number earlier today but I quickly ended it. Then it rang once more about an hour later, and weirdly, I couldn’t even hang up because my phone had some kind of block over the hang-up button (there was a red phone icon with a line through it). I had no choice but to listen to the entire message. It’s really unsettling the tricks these scammers are using now. :(
