Beware of fake O2 calls, don’t share any details with them. My other half nearly fell for it. They try to lure you in with ‘free gifts’ or special discounts, but then sneak into your O2 account and order something random, like an Apple watch. They’ll even send a return label, but it’s linked to an address in London - 9 Beach Walk, London. Never send anything back there, and make sure you ring up O2 straight away to stop any dodgy orders.

Got loads of dodgy calls pretending to be from o2, don’t fall for it and keep your details safe. My partner nearly got caught out. They try to tempt you with freebies or cut-price deals, but then they hack into your o2 account and order expensive stuff like an Apple Watch without permission. They send a supposed ‘return label’ but it’s linked to some place in London, 9 Beach Walk. Don’t send anything there! Better to ring o2 straight away and sort it all out.
