I've been receiving calls from this number, and it appears they're attempting to peddle a loan for new windows rather than the massive £200 million green deal they initially mention. They don't mention anything about offering a share of their funds, either. It seems they go to great lengths to conceal their identity, probably because they know the calls could be reported as annoying harassment.

They didn't bother to leave a voice message, and since it was a landline, I thought I'd give it a go calling back. When someone answered, they didn't utter a word and just swiftly disconnected! Quite baffling! 😮
