Got a call from some firm called Total Energy or similar tonight. They were chatting about unit prices and it all seemed pretty legit at first. Then I asked them where they get their energy from, and they just said National Grid. I pushed a bit more and eventually got put through to a 'manager', who gave me the exact same answer. So I said, "You’re taking the mick, you don’t really know, do you?" and the line just went dead. Creepy thing is, they already have your personal details like name and address. Bloody modern age, isn't it?
