Then he said the line was breaking up and I just hung up. Interestingly, my PPI claim was for way more than £3500, so that was dodgy in itself. I looked the number up and it’s a Glasgow landline. Tried to find anything about this “National Refund Department” but didn’t get anywhere except seeing on the FCA website it’s an unlicensed outfit.
