When I told her I wasn’t interested, she asked if I could spare a few minutes for a quote, but I declined again. I used to be with Ovo Energy before and they’ve always had decent customer service and never rang me out of the blue, so this felt a bit dodgy - like someone trying to scam me by fishing for personal details like my full name, address, postcode and date of birth.

tried ringing the number back but there's never any reply. it sounds like some sort of automated system, sending out recorded messages nonstop between 9 in the morning and 9 at night from Monday through Saturday. really frustrating!

this woman rang me up promising brand new clothes at a bargain price, saying they're marked down. I asked her for the name of her shop or any proof she actually sells the stuff and then she just hung up.
