Got two missed calls from this number yesterday, then they rang again today but when I picked up, they just ended the call. Definitely blocking it now.

Got a weird call about my broadband saying there might be some issues and that I could need a new router. The person then insisted I open a site on my computer to install some software for screen sharing. That’s when I asked to speak to a manager. They said they wanted to do some diagnostic checks because they suspected hacking or strange activity on my router. Both the agent and the manager were hard to follow and didn’t provide clear info. After I hung up the phone, I checked my internet and it was working fine. Quite unsettling, really.
