It’s Kayle Dawson here, hailing from Scotland. What a load of nonsense! Honestly, it's infuriating watching these muppets mess with our uncle. They seem to be completely clueless about the fact that I’m studying Security at university. We’re miles ahead of all their antics! I’m off to lodge a complaint with the watchdog this very minute.

I received a call at 9am on the 23rd of August, 2011, from someone named Niel who had a lovely Indian accent, claiming to be from the Windows Support & Service Centre in Glasgow. They said it was a "complimentary service call," mentioning that they'd noticed numerous malicious and junk files cluttering our computer. Naturally, we were quite sceptical about the whole thing and told them we were busy, promising to get back to them later. Niel insisted that we should reach out, as they were keen to guide us through resolving the issues. After hanging up, we decided to consult a friend who knows a thing or two about these calls. He quickly looked up the number online and directed us to this site.

Received a call earlier today from someone claiming to be from Microsoft support, saying they could fix issues on my device that only their engineers could handle. They asked for remote access to my phone and provided a callback number, 0141 41 633 77, to speak with someone named Arthur. Clearly a scam! I remember seeing an article in The Guardian back in July 2011 about similar scams. Best to stay alert and not fall for it!

Received a call from 01414163377. The bloke was trying to tell us about some supposed problem with our computer. I've had similar calls before from various numbers, but they've never actually pointed out any real issues. We mentioned this to them in the past. In the end, we politely ended the conversation.
