I suspect this is a scam. We received a ring that looked exactly the same as another one. Upon reaching out to the official Microsoft Helpline, they confirmed that these folk don’t issue rings to customers at any point, and that what we received is definitely not genuine. Stay vigilant!

I've been receiving some error messages related to the Microsoft operating system. It's quite frustrating, to be honest.

I wanted to share an experience I had recently. A chap named Jack Taylor reached out to us, claiming to be with Microsoft in Glasgow. He left us quite an impression! He provided his employee ID and a contact number, plus he checked out our computer and managed to sort it all out brilliantly. On top of that, he offered us various pieces of software at no charge, and now everything on our computer is running smoothly. We’re truly grateful for their help. Best wishes to them! Cheers, Mark Johnson.

I received a call from someone claiming to represent Microsoft, and it struck me as rather dodgy. The accent definitely had a peculiar Pakistani twang that raised my eyebrows. I'm convinced it's a total scam!

I recently received a call from a rather unfamiliar voice claiming to be from Microsoft, based in Glasgow. The individual introduced themselves as Jack Taylor and provided a phone number: 01414162873. They asked for remote access to our machine, stating that there were error messages appearing on our computer that needed to be resolved by their team. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I’m really perplexed about how these individuals manage to obtain numbers and contact folks, claiming to be from Microsoft, urging them to fix some supposedly urgent system error... all for no charge, mind you. It’s quite alarming. Honestly, I'd advise everyone to steer clear of such calls!

A person who appeared to be from overseas, calling herself Ryan Smith, has been pressuring us to settle a bill for services from PC Online that we were supposed to cancel but evidently did not. How on earth did she acquire my banking details? It's rather concerning, to say the least. After we ended the call, she immediately started ringing us again. We’re definitely planning to report this to the authorities.

I find it quite baffling how these individuals manage to obtain phone numbers and then call people claiming to represent Microsoft, insisting that there’s a pressing system error that requires immediate fixing- all supposedly at no expense. It’s utterly dodgy. Best to steer clear and not have any faith in this sort of nonsense!
