This morning, I got a call from this number. The guy said his name was Kevin Jones and that he was ringing from Microsoft, but his accent was anything but Welsh. He called me by my surname and asked if I was the person responsible for a computer supposedly in danger. I just told him to stop calling me and that he was a total con artist.

Received a call at precisely 7.24 am on a Saturday, 12th March 2022. It was a woman speaking with a British accent - I didn’t utter a word, and she disconnected the line. Attempted to ring back with my number withheld, but the line was perpetually busy. Given my health issues and struggles with sleep, I find it incredibly frustrating to be disturbed at that early hour on a weekend. It's quite inconsiderate, really.

When I checked if they were signed up to the TPS, they said yes. This morning around 9.10, some bloke called 'Brian' claiming there was an issue with my computer from "Microsoft Corporation." I told him I've got no such device. Then he tried giving me my address, but I said that wasn’t me. He then accused me of lying, I just said he’s the one being dishonest. Ended up hanging up and blocked the number straight away. These calls are such a pain, always changing numbers and switching up their scams every single time.
