This number 0141 3789928 rings my phone almost weekly. They keep switching up the last digits whenever I block them. Just this week they were trying to push a right to buy scheme. The week before, it was all about insulation deals, and earlier they were on about green energy or heating. Total scam artists. I’ll keep blocking them but really hope someone does something about this.

These people are total scammers, they keep ringing from numbers that change by the last one or two digits each time. Sometimes they say it’s about loft insulation or a car crash, other times they claim your BT broadband is compromised. I noticed the phone numbers are mostly the same except ending in things like 69 or 71. Tried to report them to action fraud but honestly they couldn’t care less.

I keep getting calls from numbers that are almost the same, like 01413789928 but with just the last few digits changed. I keep blocking them, but they keep ringing multiple times a day. I’m in my 80s and have a disability, so it’s really stressing me out. Just as soon as I block one, another one starts ringing. Does anyone have any advice on how to make them stop? Numbers starting with 014137899 keep popping up and then switching to a different one daily. They all say they’re from Glasgow, but I never pick up - sounds like typical scam calls to me.

I keep getting calls like this almost daily, each time about something different. Today it was about grants for replacing double glazed windows. They asked if I was a homeowner, if anyone in the house was over 78, and how old the glazing was. I told them the windows were pretty old and could do with changing, but with no income coming in because of this coronavirus situation, I wasn’t able to afford anything. They were quite polite and ended the call without any fuss.

I got a call from this number about free loft insulation, supposedly from the government - total scam! They kept ringing me even after I blocked the first number, just switched to a different one each time. Don’t trust them!

When I picked up, they said something about Evergreen. They started asking about my elderly dad, but I flipped the script and fired questions back at them. After that, they just hung up. Honestly, I dread to think what might’ve happened if I hadn’t been around to get the call. These calls seem to be coming more often lately, maybe they’re trying to suss out who’s old to zero in on them. Stay safe everyone!

Got a call about dangerous loft insulation, and I’m really not sure if it’s legit or just a scam. Feels like maybe they’re trying to trick you into swapping out the insulation, but I can’t say for certain. Bit confusing, to be honest.
