I’ve been inundated with messages regarding my BT account, and I suspect it’s a debt collection agency. The thing is, I’m actually in credit and don’t owe them a penny! It’s incredibly frustrating to be constantly bombarded like this. To top it off, I’m receiving calls and texts meant for someone else, which is really starting to wear me down. What on earth is going on?

Absolutely! I had Sky internet back in my old flat too, but life has taken me on a different path; I’ve since tied the knot and switched over to BT. The odd thing is they're still using my maiden name! It’s quite unsettling to think they have my personal information. Could this potentially be a scam, I wonder?

I just found out that my daughter, who has special needs, received a message urging her to give them a ring. At just 13, do you reckon she’s old enough to have her own Sky account? Honestly, these people are unbelievable.

Indeed, I’ve just got a text from them as well! How can we delve a bit deeper instead of everyone just repeating the same information here? My partner decided to ring the number from a payphone (so we weren't taken for a ride) and they asked for some random name that has no connection to our household. He pretty much told them where to go! 😲

I've been receiving messages encouraging me to call about Sky, and I suspect it's a dodgy scheme, so I've decided to ignore them altogether.

I've had a handful of messages-around three or four-addressing me by my maiden name, urging me to get in touch with BPO about Sky, using the number provided and citing reference 103066459. It's apparently quite important that I converse with them.

I keep getting calls from this number, but I never pick up. They did leave me a rather lengthy voicemail once, and it sounded as if they were enjoying a pint at the local! Now, they've sent me a message insisting I call them straight away regarding my Sky account. The thing is, I don’t even have a Sky contract, yet somehow they seem to know my name. Quite odd, isn't it?
