Kept getting calls I missed. Decided to block the number now.

People from India keep ringing me and I can hardly understand them cos of their strong accent. Told them straight that I didn’t get what they were saying. They said it was a survey with just 3 questions and even had my address. Asked them nicely to take me off their list but guess what, they called again the very next day from a different number. Both numbers have been blocked now.

Got a call at about 14:05 today, I saw it was a Glasgow area code but that might just be a forwarding number from somewhere else in the world! I've blocked this number plus around 200 similar ones!

This number is just one of loads used by the same FAKE firm pretending to be VERSO!!! They also call from 01253 609385 and 01302 897528 - same lot. They ring early in the morning with an Indian sounding woman saying she's from VERSO.

Somebody rang me at 2 this afternoon. For the last week, I’ve been getting calls on my mobile from all over the country, plus they’ve started ringing my landline too. The person on the line had an Indian accent and was saying stuff I couldn’t make out. I asked them to say it again and then they just hung up. I ignored my mobile earlier. I’ve had so many calls this week, I don’t know what’s happening.

No idea where they get your number from but they call from loads of different ones every day, all day long, saying I can get money back for some insurance I supposedly paid for (I don’t even have insurance). Obviously, they want my bank details. Then there was another one saying I’ve overpaid on my mortgage and can claim it back (I don’t have a mortgage either). They keep ringing anyway, no clue how to block these annoying numbers so guess I’ll just keep telling them to jog on.

These days im getting calls every day from 01302897528 & 01413708681 with some fake survey and a dodgy caller ID making it sound like a call centre nearby. Funny enough, this is the same week Ofcom fined someone for making 75 million cold calls but clearly these lot couldn't care less.

This number claims to be from Glasgow. They say they’re not trying to sell anything, just checking some details and wanted to know if I was happy with my phone. They asked for my name and address, but when I pressed them on why they were calling and who they were, they started asking about my gender and age group. I told them I wouldn’t give any info until they explained where they were calling from and why. Then they just hung up. Be careful with this one.
