Got a call out the blue from someone who already knew my name but couldn't give me any details about an accident or anything. When I told her I was going to hang up, she just said something like, "Oh well, make sure you get your refund from the third party." Felt sorry for her, sounded like she was stuck in a terrible job with a shady company.

I kept telling them I’d never been in any accident, but they didn’t take the hint. I even blocked the number, but somehow they still keep ringing me! Really frustrating!
