7 yearsA chap of Asian descent rang me on Wednesday at half twelve in the afternoon, claiming to be from BT. He started off by saying my internet connection was about to be cut off. I replied that it wasn’t a bother as I was off on holiday that very night for a month. He then complained that my broadband speed was lacking. I assured him my speed was perfectly adequate. He seemed a tad irritated, insisting he wasn’t a salesman trying to peddle me something. Next, he asked me to check my computer screen. At that point, I was rather fed up, so I told him this was all utter nonsense and told him to "Piss Off." He promptly ended the call. Absolute scam!BT7 yearsHad a call from some Asian bloke on Wednesday around 12.36 pm saying he was from BT. He started off by saying my internet was about to be cut off. I said that was no problem since I was off on holiday for a month that very night. Then he said my broadband speed wasn’t up to scratch. I told him my connection was fine. He seemed a bit annoyed and insisted he wasn’t a salesman trying to push anything on me. After that, he wanted me to check something on my computer screen. Getting a bit fed up with the rubbish, I just told him to get lost and he hung up. Total scam, don’t trust it!BT7 years14-05-19 Yet another call purporting to be from BT.
