Some bloke called Bob from Advantage ringed me up tryin' to book a heat survey for my house. When I asked what exactly it was, he kinda acted like I was daft, so I told him he was being rude. Then he went on about me being aggressive, so I told him to get lost and ended the call. Tried checking the number with 1471 but no luck, found the company online and loads of similar bad reviews. Proper obnoxious.

Extremely impolite bloke who got proper stroppy just because I asked him to clarify what ‘Advantage’ actually means. He even snapped, “How many times do you want me to explain?” without telling me what his company was, then hung up on me. There was no way to speak to a real person when I called the Glasgow number listed here to make a complaint. What's more worrying is that this muppet already had my name and address. Be careful, everyone.

Got a call from someone saying they was from 'Advantage' about some 'heat loss survey'. Total random spam call outta nowhere. I asked her to wait a bit while I grabbed my laptop to find out who Advantage actually are, but I reckon they told her to hang up if the person on the other end waits too long coz she just ended the call. Got a call from this number and a bloke with a British accent asked for me by my name. When I asked who it was, he snapped back with "Seriously, are you scared of your own name?" Really rude! Like some others have said, I got a bloke ringing saying he was doing an energy efficiency survey nearby. He kept going on about it being free with no strings attached. Got a phone call from this number earlier today. The lady on the line said she was with Advantage, came across as very professional, polite and quite convincing! I asked her if they had a website so I could check them out, and guess what? She said they were doing some maintenance on it right now! Said all their glazing checks were supported by Pilkingtons. Claimed they were located in Huddersfield, no hint of a Scottish accent though, which was strange since the number had a Glasgow area code! Bit suspicious, especially after reading some of the other reviews. I think I’ll just avoid it.
