This was a scam try. They said they were some card payment firm with cheaper deals than the real ones. Best to just block and report it on Action Fraud straight away.

Got a silent call when I answered and tried to call back but no answer. Haven't blocked the number yet though, as if they ring again I’m planning to do a bit of digging to see where they’re really ringing from. They phoned quite early today but since we use BT Call Blocker and the number wasn't saved, the phone never even rang. They wouldn’t tell us who they were, so we couldn’t decide to answer, plus there was no voicemail left. Seems fishy to me.
