Honestly, I’m not sure who rang me, but this number has popped up on my phone a few times before. Because I didn’t know who it was, I just assumed it was spam and let it go to voicemail. When I checked, nobody said anything, just loads of noise in the background - sounded like maybe a TV or something. This kept going on for like a minute or more. Weird!!!
