It was about half ten on a Sunday evening, just a week after lockdown started. I picked up the phone and after a bit of silence, someone kept saying hello. I tried to find out who it was but they just ended the call.

I received a rather tenacious call from this number, which rang twice before the line went silent. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to return the call shortly after. To my surprise, the phone picked up almost instantly, yet there was no voice on the other end. It gives off the impression of being some sort of automated system, although I can't quite grasp what its aim might be. Quite baffling, really!

Got a call from this T.E.A. Timeshare lot, kept hassling me saying they could help me dodge maintenance fees. First off, there's no way they got my number unless it was dodgy, and secondly, I'm registered with the TPS, so not sure how they even got through.

At about 11:26 this morning, I got a call from this number but didn’t answer since it was unfamiliar. Later, they left a voicemail and it sounded like they said, “Hi Jan or Jun?” The voice might have had a Scottish tone to it.
