Once again, I've had the misfortune of receiving a call from utter numpties. They claimed I’d sustained an injury in the past three years, to which I firmly stated that was absolute rubbish. The fellow on the line had the audacity to suggest I must've discussed it with someone previously. I had to clarify that he really ought to pay attention, and for goodness' sake, where did he even dig up this nonsense? It really grinds my gears dealing with such individuals. Are they all a bit thick, or what?
